Candidates taking this module focus on several important areas including prioritizing and sequencing work, executing work plans, implementing controls, reporting activity results, and evaluating and providing feedback on performance. Participants will learn to:

• Become proficient at scheduling and controlling production processes.
• Identify methods used to execute quality initiatives and continuous improvement plans.
• Discover techniques for controlling and handling inventories.
