This dynamic conversation will explore career journeys, leadership lessons, overcoming barriers, and the evolving role of women in a traditionally male-dominated field. Our panelists will share real-world experiences, practical advice, and perspectives on how diversity strengthens supply chains, drives innovation, and builds more resilient organizations.
