Join us for an inside look at Hydro-Thermal, a Waukesha-based company with more than 90 years of expertise and innovation in direct steam injection technology. Hydro-Thermal develops and manufactures specialized heating systems used by customers around the world in industries including food and beverage, chemical processing, renewable fuels, pulp and paper, wastewater, pharmaceuticals, and more.

The evening will begin with registration and a catered dinner, followed by a tour of Hydro-Thermal’s lab and atrium. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn more about the company’s history, engineering expertise, and innovative direct steam injection technology. This technology heats liquids and process fluids by injecting steam directly into them, allowing for rapid heat transfer, precise temperature control, and highly efficient operation.

Following the tour, Hydro-Thermal representatives will give a 30–45 minute presentation offering additional insight into the company, its products, and the applications of its technology across a wide range of industries.

For those interested in seeing even more of the operation, an optional tour of Hydro-Thermal’s manufacturing and inventory facility at 400 Pilot Court in Waukesha will begin at approximately 7:30 p.m. This is a great opportunity to get a closer look at the manufacturing side of the business and see how engineering and innovation are translated into products used in facilities around the world.

Previously at Hydro-Thermal, Jim served as the Director of Operations and International Sales Manager.

Marc oversees all aspects of operations, including machining, welding, assembly, and supply chain. Marc is a 16-year veteran of the manufacturing industry, where his journey started as a machinist and progressed through various areas of responsibility such as supervision, value-stream management and production management. As the current Director of Operations, Marc’s extensive background enables him to successfully lead a team of machinists, supply chain, inventory, and shipping/receiving staff.

Ryan leads procurement, sourcing, supplier management, logistics, inventory management, and material handling operations. Drawing on a diverse background spanning finance and business operations, Ryan brings a data-driven approach to supply chain leadership. Before transitioning into supply chain management, he served as a Financial Analyst at Hydro-Thermal and spent ten years supporting strategic and financial operations within collegiate athletics and higher education. His expertise in forecasting, analysis, and long-term planning helps drive operational efficiency and strengthen supply chain performance across the organization.
